Captain's Log

Hello all,
 
Well it could not have been more different. One day flat calm the next blowing 30 from the NNE. Seas have built to a point as I was passing the Flemish Cap that they were approx 15 feet and would about every 15 minutes, slap BTC Velocity broadside and push her over to about 60 degrees.
 
As I type this things are not much better, except that as I am charging the batteries with the engine I have headed off to flatten boat. So the rush is on to do as many chores before we go back on the wind. Brush teeth, have breakfast, re coil lines, tidy boat, send emails.
 
It's busy out here.
