Hello all,
 
The thought of a Traditional Home cooked Thanksgiving meal is something you try and banish from your mind, as its basically not going to happen on BTC Velocity today. After 36 days of Freeze dried and packet foods, I could go for real meal. Sorry to say that Turkey would not be my choice as I would rather a big Steak, French fries and a cold beer. Hmmmmmmm
 
So the meal may be missing, as well as the proximity of family; but, I have a lot to be thankful for. To be lucky enough to follow your dream of attempting to sail solo around the world and be part of this great race is a privilege, even if on days like today it would be nice to be ' transported away ' if even for a brief period.
 
How does freeze dried Sweet and Sour Pork washed down with some Lemon and Lime Gatorade sound ?? Not bad......
